Why so old school—snail mail when it’s so much easier to email or mention it to me in a group session?

Exactly because it takes a little more effort.

It requires you to invest a little more in the request you’re putting out.

Though we are separated by distance, I will hold your card every day and it becomes a physical connection between us.
